Membership tiers & automatic entries
You agree to a recurring monthly subscription fee based on your chosen tier: Bronze: $9.99/mo | Silver: $24.99/mo | Gold: $44.99/mo | Platinum: $79.99/mo. Payments are processed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date. If a payment fails, your access to partner discounts and automatic entries will be suspended until the account is brought into good standing.
As a member, you receive "Bonus Entries" into every Weekly $5000 Draw as specified by your tier, processed automatically so you don't need to manually enter. Remember, membership fees are paid for access to the "Winners Circle" rewards platform (discounts, merchandise, and digital content). Entries into draws are provided as a loyalty bonus at no extra cost to the member.
Partner discounts & capped entry integrity
Discounts (5%–20%) apply only to participating "Exclusive Partners" listed on our website. Hooked UP Rewards is not responsible for the quality or delivery of goods purchased through third-party partners. Merchandise discounts apply to official Hooked UP Rewards gear only.
We guarantee a 1,000-entry maximum for our standard weekly draws. Total entries consist of "Paid Entries" ($20 per entry) and "Membership Bonus Entries." Once the 1,000-entry limit is reached, no further paid entries will be sold. Membership entries are prioritised.
Cancellations, refunds & code of conduct
We have no lock-in contracts; you may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced, as digital rewards and draw entries are allocated immediately.
We are a community of legends. Hooked UP Rewards reserves the right to terminate any membership without refund for fraudulent activity or payment disputes, abuse toward staff or other community members on social media platforms, or attempting to bypass the "5 entries per person" limit using multiple identities.
General snags & getting in touch
Hooked UP Rewards is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your membership or participation in draws, beyond the cost of the membership fees paid in the previous 12 months. This giveaway isn’t sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram; they’re just the platform we're using to reach you. If the internet dies or the app crashes, we’ll do our best to fix it. We aren't responsible for lost entries due to "shithouse" reception or tech fails. The Promoter’s decision is final. No arguments, no tantrums.
